QotD: How To Kick A Cold
What do you do to get rid of a cold or flu?

I usually just let it ride out on its own - but I do take cold medicine because I am a big baby when I'm sick and I hate having cold symptoms. This post is timely for me because I have a cold right now. Hate it!
I've tried those Airborne things, but they don't seem to work for me. I have a friend who swears by taking a daily dose of Vitamin C - maybe I should try that! I do know that I should be taking more vitamins like I talked about in my previous post. I always think I'm immune to getting sick because I eat so well - it's simply not true, though.
